Georgia georgia like an old sweet song
    Georgia, Georgia
The whole day through (the whole day through)
    Just an old sweet song
Keeps Georgia on my mind (Georgia on my mind)
    I said Georgia
    Georgia
A song of you (a song of you)
    Comes as sweet and clear
    As moonlight through the pines.

Georgia is appreciated by clients, staff, friends, family and community members. They will all miss her determination in caring for the marginalized and the poor. Rest in the arms of God, Georgia. You earned it. 1 John 3:2

Georgia Walker was an inspiration for me and to me. Her heart, her courage, her determination lead her to envision a world, nation and city where all people were valued. This of course included those underserved, in prison, on the streets, everyone was accepted where they were and for who they were.
Georgia to me was simply a very smart woman with a big heart who never stopped expanding her vision. Needless to say, Georgia will be missed by many.
