Lea Ann and all Betty Lou’s family, I send you my sincere sympathy. My mother and Betty were first cousins. So we often visited in Pilot Grove and saw Betty Lou’s family. We weren’t close growing up because she was eight years older than me. But I always liked her. She had a little giggle that came after she said something funny. As we both aged we began writing notes and letters at Christmas, birthdays, etc. And a phone call once in a while. We grew closer then as age was no longer important. I always enjoyed talking to her because she could make me laugh and we enjoyed reminiscing. Betty Lou was a dear heart and I will miss knowing she is here on earth with me, but I rejoice for her to be with her Frank and her brothers and parents again with God in heaven. She’s happy I know.

I lived next door to Betty for 44 years. We had many many over the fence chats. She wasn’t one for just having coffee, but she was a friend when I needed one. We shared many secrets and laughs together. During the time of Frank’s illness and death we messaged each other at least once a day. It was so sad to see her decline and be unable to do all the things she has always done especially drive a car to shop. Now I am glad that she has finally come to her eternal rest with Jesus. I will always have great memories of her and all of her wonderful family ???

Lea Ann and the entire Toczek family, We so enjoyed all the years we shared a pew with your mom and dad, and later you, at Saint Bernadettes. What a delight your mother was and always eager to share the events of her week. Was sorry for her suffering but now she and Frank are reunited in a better place.
We are out of town so can’t attend Betty’s service but will keep her and your entire family in out thoughts and prayers.
    RIP Betty,
    Jim and Linda Collins
