Ella Mae Wyllie

Ella Mae Wyllie, 91, of Columbia, Missouri passed away June 22, 2022.

Ella Mae Schreiner was born in Waco, Texas in 1930 and grew up in San Diego with her parents and 6 siblings. She married Tom Wyllie in 1950 and they had 3 children, Jim, Ellen, and Marla, living the majority of their lives in Columbia, Missouri. Ella Mae was unwavering in her faith and her love for her family and always put the needs of others before her own. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and we will forever miss her humor, her warm hugs that always felt like home, and the light she brought into our lives and the lives of everyone that knew her. We were so blessed to be her children.

She was preceded in death by: her husband of 63 years,Thomas D. Wyllie in 2013, her parents, and 6 siblings.

Survivors include: Ellen Wyllie (daughter), Jim Wyllie (son), Marla Battles (daughter), her 6 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
