Ruby Edwards, 68, of Independence, MO passed away January 13, 2023. Mrs. Edwards was born September 19, 1954 in Independence, MO.
Funeral services will be held, at 11:00am, Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at Heartland Cremation and Burial Society, 6113 Blue Ridge Blvd, Raytown, MO 64133. Visitation will be held prior to the service at 10:00am. Graveside services will take place following the funeral at Floral Hills Cemetery, Kansas City, MO.
She was preceded in death by: husband, David Edwards, Sr.; parents, Omer and Dorothy Sayles.
Survivors include: children, David Edwards Jr., Terry Edwards, Jr., and Kristin Stocstill; partner, Greg Moore; brother, Omer Sayles, Jr.; sister, Sondra Berry; 13 grandkids and 4 great grandkids.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the family.
