Ronald Clifford Kendall, Sr.

Ronald Clifford Kendall, Sr., of Warsaw, Missouri, passed away August 11, 2023 of heart failure at Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans’ Hospital in Columbia, Missouri. He was born October 20, 1950 to Edwin J. Kendall and Frances Lee (Ward) Kendall-Patton of Kansas City, Missouri. He was united in marriage to Becky Sue (Davis) Kendall on July 17, 1981 in Kansas City, Missouri. He served in the United States Army 101st Airborne Division, stationed in Vietnam. His life passion was being a truck driver and he retired in 2004.

Ronald was preceded in death by his parents; step father John Patton; one brother Lloyd Kendall; sons Ronald Clifford Kendall, II; and Michael Davis. He is survived by his wife Becky Sue Kendall, of Warsaw, Missouri; four daughters Shelley Medina, of Kansas; Crystall Lynne Kendall-Stomley, of North Dakota; Chariety Kendall-Vennemann, of Missouri; and Chasiety Kendall-Wisdom, of Missouri; son Robert Davis; three brothers John E. Kendall (Aleda); Jerry L. Kendall (Brenda); and Charles A. Kendall (Teresa); three sisters Donna E. McCubbin (David, deceased); Treva Patton and Sonja Patton; a granddaughter Melanie, plus many more grandchildren, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 2-4pm, Friday, August 18, 2023 at Heartland Cremation and Burial Society, 6113 Blue Ridge Blvd, Raytown, Missouri 64133. After cremation, his ashes will be taken to Higginsville Veterans Cemetery, along with his son for his final resting place at a later time.
