Larry was a special person, one of our very favorite members. Just a few days prior to his passing, he came to celebrate Kristen’s retirement at High Blue. I remember how happy staff and fellow members were to see Larry. We will miss his smile and constant jokes. Rest easy my friend

Larry has been a wonderful friend since I met him in Wiesmoor, Germany. I don’t think anyone I know, who also knew Larry, didn’t like him. He was a good friend to everyone of all ages. He played with my very young kids and he remained interested in their lives through time for nearly 40 years. He’s one of the few who kept in touch over the years via Christmas cards and Facebook. I’m going to miss my friend, Larry. May perpetual light shine upon him.

I might have been able to do more “push-ups” than you my good friend, but I could never match your “wit and charm”. You were one of a kind and will be sadly missed.
