George taught me the strings at Vector Tool so I could take over his position when he retired. He was always kind, friendly and got along with everyone. He was partial to his “box collection” at work and he always brought us Dilly Bars from Dairy Queen when returning from one of his daily deliveries for Vector. He was a very sweet man and he will be dearly missed. God bless you Linda and wrap his comforting arms around you during this difficult time.

George took me under his wing when I started at Vector. He would help me with anything that I needed, answer the phones, file paperwork and even pick me up some lunch or snack while out on Vector runs. He was a lot of things to many people and will be missed tremendously. My heartfelt condolences on your loss.

Their home was always open to Kent’s boys. His son played a huge role in my life that guided me towards ministry. This family has made an impact larger than they will ever know. George always greeted us with a smile and with love. You’ll be missed!

I worked along side of George for many years at Honeywell. I learned a lot from George but what impressed me the most was that he lived an authentic Christian life never wavering in his faith. George was a kind man with a big heart and an infectious smile that made a real difference in this world.

    Dear Linda,

I’m so sorry to hear of George’s passing, Although we did not know you we knew George very well for the past 7yrs, from Doughboys to Gingers. George loved my two girls and would quiz them, talk to them and tease them. He was very fond of my youngest Olivia and even signed her cast first, we had breakfast with him a lot until we moved from Raytown and even then we still came to Raytown and waited for George, we knew he had to have coffee with Linda first .. we will truly miss George and his love for my girls and especially Ooooooooolivia !! What a wonderful man George was !!
