Linda was born in Kansas City, Missouri on March 15th, 1949. Linda resided in Kansas City, Kansas for most of her life where she was married to her loving husband B.J. Chapman and had three children together – Burel J. Chapman III, Raychel Delap, and Mandy Lopez. They had been married for 54 years and they both showed their love and devotion to their family.
She leaves behind her two daughters, four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren, with one on the way; her sisters Robin Schrader and husband Scott; and Candi Moore and husband Bill; her brothers Larry, James, George Enderle and Mike, Ritchie and Jon Huffaker.
Her love for her children and grandchildren was very evident in every moment she spent together with them. She would give or do anything for anyone. We cherished long-lasting memories, love and laughter with her. Linda was always supportive of her family in every way a great mother should be. She had a beautiful soul and a beautiful smile. She gave so much love to everyone she knew. She was the oldest of all her siblings and was like a mother figure to them all as they were growing up. She worked as a meat wrapper all her life, mostly in the retail industry before she retired. After she retired, she spent time helping take care of her great grandkids when she could. She was a strong warrior fighting her cancer that finally defeated her, but she put up the biggest and bravest fight she could. She never gave up. She wanted to stay here with her beautiful family, but she also missed her loved ones in heaven. And like all others, we all must go home one day. She was one of the strongest women we all had the pleasure to know and love.
May her love, laughter and memories stay forever in our hearts. She will be deeply missed!
Prayers for you all, from Texas. Aunt Linda was a very sweet lady and will be missed deeply. She’s in a better place now with her loved ones.
Definitely sending prayers 🙏 ❤️ 💕 for family still remaining! 🙏 You will be missed Linda! You were strong and wonderful woman! ❤️ so glad through my friend Raych I had the pleasure of knowing you! See you again one day! Until then enjoy your heavenly family!
Aunt Linda had the best smile (which definitely passed through the Enderle line) and the greatest laugh that seemed to come easily. She gave the strongest hugs, too. She is greatly missed. May all my cousins get through this time by thinking of all that laughter and love she showed all her family. Love ya!
My deepest condolences to the Chapman and Enderle Families. I just have to say, I will always remember Linda with her beautiful smile and her distinct laughter. No matter how much craziness was happening at our family holiday gatherings at Raymonds when we were all young families with small children and babies were crying, men were drinking and watching football, the girls trying to feed the masses Linda was always a happy soul. May all of your happy memories carry you through this sorrowful time.
My thoughts and prayers are with you all!
Today you will be laid to rest my beautiful sister. Your soul is in Heaven and your body is at peace. I miss you with all my heart. Until we meet again, I love you forever. God bless and keep your family healthy and safe. I won’t say goodbye. I’ll just say, see you soon, dear Linda.
