Eta Tusi Atagi returned home to her father and mother in heaven on December 5th 2019 at the age of 62. Eta was born on July 16th 1957 in Faga’alu American Samoa to the loving parents of Tusifolau and Suisami Atagi.
Eta is also preceded in death by her brother Atagi, Sister Rosita, nephew Mason, and niece Haylee.
Eta lived her life with so much compassion and love. She served a full-time mission in Rapid City, South Dakota and returned home with honor. Eta loved traveling, watching movies, and spending time with her family, friends and loved ones.
Eta is survived by her brother Tusi, Ifo, Stone, and Ricky; sisters Selesa, Nive, and Rowena. 42 nieces and nephews and 55 great nieces and nephews. Eta Atagi’s greatest achievement was being a mother to the love of her life Selesa Tusifolau Eta Suisami Atagi.
Eta’s laughter and stunning smile will forever live on in our thoughts and hearts.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 -9:00 P.M., Friday, December 13th, 2019 at 705 W. Walnut Independence, Missouri. Funeral services will be held at 9:00 A.M., Saturday, December 14th, 2019 at 705 W. Walnut, Independence, Missouri.
