Jack Bryan

Jack M. Bryan, 95, Raytown, MO passed away May 1, 2010. Memorial services will be held 11 AM, Saturday, May 15, 2010 at Blue Ridge Presbyterian, Raytown, MO. Graveside services will be held 1:30 PM, Saturday, at Mt. Moriah Cemetery, KC, MO. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Blue Ridge Presbyterian Church in Jack Bryan’s name. Jack was born October 27, 1914 in Chicago, IL and moved to Kansas City a year and half later. He graduated from Paseo HS in 1932 and was a WWII Army Veteran. In 1949 he married Betty L. McDowell. He was employed by KW Dart Trucking CO and retired after 26 years in 1977. Jack was a member of Blue Ridge Presbyterian Church since 1959 and served as a deacon, elder and financial secretary. He is preceded in death by; parents, James & Ida Pugh Bryan; wife Betty; brother, James Bryan; daughter, Carol Wright; step-son, Timothy Needham. He is survived by; wife of 29 years, Ruth; son, Bruce Bryan; son in law, Thomas Wright; grandchildren, Kristian Harris, Bradley Fowler, Janet Gammage, Adam Bryan; great grandchildren, Tyler, Jaxson, & Victoria; brother & sister in law, Ben & Martha Jane Bryan; sister in law, Jane Bryan; step daughters, Pat Ninneman, Alice Willey; step daughter in law, Linda Needham; step grandchildren, David Needham, Kimberly Taylor, Kindal Buterin, Greg Blattner; step great grandchildren, Lukas, Breyanna, Cole, Cody, Isaac, Shiloh, Dillion, Alexa, & Blake (arr.
