Alan Kent Hill, 73, of Kansas City, MO passed away December 14, 2022 at KU Medical Center from Respiratory Failure.
Alan Hill was born February 3, 1949 in Falls City, NE. Alan was a Vietnam war veteran who served his country with full devotion. He was also a Kansas City Missouri fire dispatcher until his retirement. He was a devoted and loving husband to Linda Diane Hill and a father to her two children Lisa and Brian. He was also a father to Craig Hill and Chad Hill. Alan will be missed by his longtime friend, William Murphy, whom he enjoyed fishing and hunting with when they were not working together at the KCMO fire dispatch office. Alan was also frequently involved in his local community and neighborhood.
He was preceded in death by: father, Gayle Hill; mother, Norma Quigley; wife of over 40 years, Linda Diane Hill; son who passed away in a vehicle accident, Chad Hill.
Survivors include: brother, Scott Hill; step-daughter, Lisa Eisenhower; step-son, Brian Mitchell; son, Craig Hill; and grandchildren, Stephan Eisenhower, Tim Eisenhower and Kimberly Deal.
