Aletha A. Osbourne

Aletha Osbourne, 65, Kansas City, MO passed away Aug. 19, 2014 at St. Luke’s Northland Hospital.  A visitation will be held 10-11 AM Saturday, August 23, 2014 at Heartland, 6113 Blue Ridge Blvd., Raytown, Mo, followed by a memorial service at 11 AM. She is survived by siblings; David Burgeson, Colleen (Michael) Powers, and Catherine (Tim) Lyons, and many loving nieces, nephews and friends.

    One year later from the date of her passing and I miss her like it was yesterday. She was a lovely soul. Weird, funny, endlessly kind, bull-headed, and relentlessly positive in the face of unbelievable difficulty. An excellent life. She is the life of the party somewhere.
