Alice C. Turney, 82, of Lee’s Summit, MO passed away November 12, 2022 at Aspire-Oak Grove from Alzheimers. Memorial services will be held at 12:00pm, Monday, November 21, 2022 at Our Lady of the Presentation, Lee’s Summit, MO. Visitation will be held prior to the service at 11:00am.
Alice was born January 11, 1940 in Springfield, MO. Alice was a devoted and loving wife and mother. She enjoyed crafting, garage sales, lunching with her friends and family. She will be loved and missed greatly by anyone who knew her.
She was preceded in death by: parents, William and Ann (Hallorhan) Reiter; sister, Ann Reiter; and daughter, Denise I. (Turney) Kelley.
Survivors include: husband, Ed Turney, Sr; daughters, Deanne (Donnie) Miller and Donna (Randy) Hensley; sons, Eddie Turney, Jr and Dan Turney; brothers, Jack (Kathleen) Reiter, Bill Reiter, Joe (Jane) Reiter; numerous nieces and nephews; 12 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions are suggested to: the Alzheimer’s Association or Our Lady of the Presentation, Lee’s Summit, MO.

I know my Dad, Bill, would want to send his love to his sister Alice, and his condolences to all of you during this difficult time. He shared so many stories about his little sister and how they would tease her and protect her. Last time he saw her he thought she was his Mama as they resembled each other.
