Alice Rieger, 92, of Raytown, Missouri passed away August 20, 2018 at Kansas City Hospice House. She worked at Montgomery Wards and was the bookkeeper for the family gas station. She was a wonderful mother and a big Royals fan.
Preceded in death by her parents, her husband Vincent of 54 years and youngest son, John.
She is survived by sister Helen Zmuda, son Joe (Barbara) Rieger, daughters Linda Rieger, Mary Rieger, Rose (Jerry) Boehm, grandchildren Brad (Katy) Boehm, Michelle Boehm, Emily Boehm, Nora (Michael) Murrell and great-grandchildren Tiernan and Alice Murrell and 6 nieces and many great nieces and nephews.
The Rosary will begin at 6:30PM on Thursday, August 23, 2018 at Heartland Cremation & Burial Society, Raytown, MO with visitation to follow. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00AM, Friday, August 24, 2018 at Our Lady of Lourdes, Raytown, MO with burial at Mt. Olivet Cemetery immediately following.
