Alta K. Dugger, 79, of Blue Springs, Missouri, passed away January 20, 2023 at Villages of Jackson Creek from complications of a stroke. Visitation will be 10am, followed by a Celebration of Life at 11am, Saturday, February 11, 2023 at First Baptist Church of Blue Springs, 4500 Little Blue Pkwy, Independence, Missouri 64057.
Alta was born January 2, 1944 in Fayette, Missouri to Harwood and Frances Innes; they precede her in death. She is also preceded in death by her beloved husband Homer, and son Michael.
Survivors include son Scott Dugger and wife Susan; grandchildren Theresa Dugger and significant other Rob, Brandon Dugger, Mark Dugger and significant other Kendra, Lauren Rebish and husband Nick, Jonathan Dugger, Spring Dugger, Robert Dugger, Lizzy Dugger, and Kay Dugger; and great grandchildren Ethan, Zoey, Madi, Braylon and Kaydence.

When I think of Alta, I think of Matthew 25 where Jesus said, “In as much as you did it to the least of these My brethren, you did it unto Me.” Alta was truly a servant and her life will be lovingly remembered by family and friends.
