Amy Darlene Harden, 49 of Kansas City, passed away on January 30, 2024, at her home.
Amy was born on December 11,1974 in Independence to parents Russell and Linda (Harr) Harden.
Though she was quiet and reserved most of the time, Amy had a good heart and was always available to help a neighbor in need for a ride to a doctor’s appointment or to the grocery store. She was a devoted fan of the Kansas City Chiefs and rarely missed a game on T.V. so she could root for her favorite player, Patrick Mahomes.
She was preceded in death by her father, Russell Harden, her grandparents, William P. Harden Sr., Betty L. Youngs, Edward Harr and Hazel (Harr) Brackman and an uncle, Eddie Harr.
Amy is survived by her daughter, Alanna M. Gee, whom she adored with all her heart, her mother, Linda and Stepfather Gregg DeMo, her sister, Rachel and brother-in-law, Russ Gillette, an Uncle, Bob and Aunt Dee Harr, and many nephews, nieces, and loving cousins.
She will always be loved and missed.
