Andrea Fay Klatt

Our beloved Andrea Fay Klatt entered into eternal peace and freedom on Saturday, February 16 at University Hospital. She passed peacefully with her mother and loved ones by her side. While Andrea fell ill and suffered from the disease of addiction, we choose to remember her for her vibrant spirit, her beautiful smile and the love she held for her son, Noah.

Andrea was born in Columbia, Mo. on July 7, 1986 to Donald and Janice Klatt. On April 8, 2007, Andrea brought into this world her son, Noah. Noah continues to be the brightest light illuminating from her life. She is survived by her son, parents Donald and Janice Klatt; partner Alex; sisters Rachel (Jeff ) Talbott and Allison (Mason) Klatt and brother Justin Dueber; three nephews and one niece; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Andrea enjoyed spending time outdoors, landscaping, gardening and playing with her son. She grew up spending many days in the water on the Meramec River, a treasured retreat for her family and son. She found beauty in everything she saw. A celebration of her life will be held at a later time. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Andrea F. Klatt Memorial Fund, Central Bank of Boone County.

God looked around His garden
And He found an empty place.
He then looked down upon this earth,
And saw your tired face.
He put His arms around you
And lifted you to rest
God’s garden must be beautiful
He always takes the best.
He knew that you were suffering
He knew you were in pain.
He knew that you would never
Get well on earth again.
He saw the road was getting rough,
And the hills are hard to climb.
So He closed your weary eyelids,
And whispered, “Peace be thine.”
It broke our hearts to lose you
But you didn’t go alone
For part of us went with you
The day God called you home.

To the Family, so sorry for your loss. Hope you will be comforted in knowing that Andrea has the prospect of being resurrected, healthy (in the flesh), to Paradise Earth just as Jehovah God has promised. In fact , the vast majority will enjoy everlasting life right here on earth as God had intended from the beginning. God’s Kingdom will do this under the rule of Jesus Christ. To Andrea’s Family. I am so sorry for your loss. Andrea’s smile was a bright light in my classroom.
I always got a huge hug when I would see her around the school or playground in later years. She was such a sweetheart and I am saddened that she is no longer here on earth. May your memories sustain you as you keep her in your heart. I will certainly keep her in mine.
