Anthony Glenn McPeeks, age 67, of Vandalia, Missouri, passed away at the Harry S Truman Memorial VA Hospital in Columbia on July 21, 2021.
He was born on April 9, 1954 in Portsmouth, Virginia. He proudly served in the US Navy and worked for many years in the trucking industry.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Beatrice McPeeks, as well as his only sibling, Theresa Smith.
Mr. McPeeks is survived four children: Michael McPeeks, David McPeeks, Kristine Gossett (née McPeeks) and Joseph McPeeks; as well as a brother-in-law, Erick Smith. Also surviving are nephew Daniel Smith, niece Shana Rector (née Smith) and nephew Logan Smith.
Arrangements are under the direction of Heartland Cremation and Burial Society, 616 Jackson St., Columbia, MO 65203.
