Antoinette O. Zelko

Antoinette O Zelko, 87, Lee’s Summit, MO passed away January 4, 2012.  Memorial Mass will be held Monday, January 9 at 10 am at Holy Spirit Catholic Church 1800 Southwest State Route 150, Lee’s Summit, MO 64082.  She is preceded in death by; mother, Mary Zelko; father, Anton Zelko; brother and wife, Anthony and Olga Zelko.  Survivors include; daughter & son in law, Renee & David Forsberg and their children Dan and Nicole Forsberg; sisters, Dorothy Easterbrook, Florence Zelko, Anne Herpak and husband Robert Herpak; brother, Raymond Zelko; niece, Denise Zelko-Schraitle and husband Dave Schraitle and children; nephew, Anthony Jay Zelko.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association in Antoinette’s name.
