We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Barbara Bronson, on April 1, 2025. Barbara was born on May 28, 1949 to Wilson and Anna Mae Megee.
Barbara was a 1967 graduate of Lewistown High School. Throughout her life, she enjoyed hobbies such as arts and crafts, sewing, gardening and most of all, spending time with her grandchildren.
Barbara married the love of her life, Johnnie Bronson, on June 29, 1968. Together they had two children, Michelle Lemberger (spouse Rodney) and Tina Smith (spouse Todd). She was a loving grandmother to four grandchildren, Cait, Patrick, Cole and Kaia. She cherished her two great grandchildren, Adeline and Beckett.
Barbara will be remembered for her kind and gentle spirit, her love for her family and her creativity in the craft room.
In her honor, Barbara requested those who love her celebrate her memory by toasting with a margarita.
A Celebration of Life will be 11am, Saturday, April 5, 2025, at Heartland Cremation and Burial Society, 6113 Blue Ridge Blvd, Raytown, Missouri 64133.

I am so sorry for the loss of an amazing woman. Barb worked hard at providing a beautiful and happy home for her family over the years. Her and John raised two amazing daughters, and had such a loving home. She was an amazing friend and mentor when I needed it most. She will be missed by many. I pray she has peace and is healed in heaven. Thinking of John especially today. Hugs to all.
