Belinda (Bink) Phillips, 75, passed away peacefully on September 15,2026 in Kansas City, MO. She was born April 4,1951.
Bink graduated 1970 from Southeast High school and worked many years at Harmon Bus Company in Kansas City.
After retirement, Bink and her husband Ronnie moved from Harrisonville MO to The Lake of the Ozarks during the summer months and McAllen TX during the winter months. She was loved by many friends throughout her life. Bink loved music, dancing barefoot to her favorite music performed by Ron, she loved the pool with friends, and loved just being around friends and family. But her favorite was a golf cart ride with Frankie.
She is survived by her son, Troy (Tracy) Phillips, granddaughters, Hailey and Hannah Phillips, niece Megan Plunkett (Brilee and Kamden). Plus many cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Barbara Aaron, her husband Ronnie Phillips and her daughter Telli Phillips.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to KC Hospice House, 12000 Wornall Rd. A service will be announced at a later date.
Will miss Bink so much such a nice lady . Always a smile and friendly to all . Rest in peace Bink you are so loved .
Bink was a wonderful gal. She was a barrel of fun. She cooked some great meals at Citrus Valley. She touched a lot of lives. My condolences to your family.
Bink will be so missed by all of us who knew her. She loved her family and her eyes would light up when she talked about them. Her most loved cat Frankie brought her so much joy. She loved Ron Moshier and Timmy Mull an they brought her so much joy. She danced with me to Mustang Sally, i know her reunion with her one love Ronnie and daughter Telli was the best blessing for her. We will miss her, but we know she’s happy again being with Ronnie.

This has been one of the hardest things for me to do. Bink became a huge part of our life’s when we moved to Sunrise Beach Missouri. We also spent our winters in South Texas. Bink and I became very good friends over those 10 years. Our Chiefs games will never be the same. I’m planning a chair for her at each Chiefs party and I will be looking for lost dimes that she is sending to us. I wish I could see and hear that Purple Golf cart coming down the road one more time with her and Frankie. Frankie loved my Lil Doxie Stella. It always tickled us to see them together. Rest in Peace my sweet friend Bink. I know you have many friends and family up there welcoming you. We loved you.

I went all throught school from grade school to high-school…she always was smiling…she was a caring and a giving person…you will be missed ny so many…but Telli and Ronnie are happy…RIP my friend

Bink and I shared a very sad thing. We both lost our daughter and they were friends. She was a very sweet fun person. She is now with Telli and Ronnie. Rest in Peace Bink.
Bink, such a special person if you were lucky enough to know her. She spread joy wherever she went with her welcoming smile. She talked about missing Ronnie and Telli, and now she is with them again. Rest in heavenly peace, dear Bink! My condolences to the family and prayers for comfort and strength.

I remember being very young in the car with Bink and my mom (Lora). I wanted a Reeces and my mom said something of the sort that made me think I wasn’t getting the candy. Bink went in and came back out, and while I was sitting on her lap she “snuck” the Reeces to me. I have a memory with Ronnie and the dune buggy, getting splashed and speckled with mud. I missed out on knowing her longer and remembering her better but I do remember how fun and loud she was. How much she loved kids being around. Both of them. As rough as it is for those of you that know her well and remained close, I’m glad at least for the comfort of knowing good people go to heaven and heaven is a little bit funner when she roared in. I hope her and Ronnie got the dance of their lives and that’s a kind of peace that not everyone gets. Thinking about all of you close to her. You were lucky to have known her. I know that. 🖤
Meet Bink 11 years ago at Sunrise Beach. Always enjoyed seeing her down here in south Texas. She was loved by all, and will be missed.
