Beryl Gray, age 79, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 5th, 2016, surrounded by her family at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Mo. Beryl was born Feb 11, 1937 in South Hartlepool Durham England to Thomas and Emma (Brackstone) Dobing. Beloved wife of Arden L. Gray, Loving mother of Kristine (Tom) Doherty and Stephen (Marlene) Gray. Grandmother of Ashley (LaFrance) Seay, Jennifer (Trevor) Hill, Rebecca Gray, Ashley Doherty, and Christopher Doherty. Great- grandmother of Marquis, Veronica, Alexis, Kadence and Ayden. Sister of Harvey (Diane) Dobing and preceded in death by brother, Ken Dobing.
Beryl was dearly loved. Her life’s impact as a pastor’s wife, secretary, mother and friend can never be measured. She was full of life, love and humbly served those in need. Her faith in Jesus Christ was the center of her life. Her legacy lives on in those she served. Her testimony can be found in those who knew her best. They will speak of her faith, tenacity and love.
Memorial service for Beryl will be held at Independence Trinity Church of the Nazarene 19800 E. Truman Rd. Independence, MO 64056. Sat June 11th, 2016. Visitation will be at 10:00 am. Service will be at 11:00 am.

Beryl was an incredible friend. She really listened and made you feel good about yourself! She never put herself first, in anything she did,she was humble, sweet , and kind. The Lord came first , and his presence , was felt , just being around her!Beryl I will always carry you in my heart!
