So sorry for you losing your mom, remember all the times shearing sheep with your family, exploring in the woods. Then I got the pleasure of working with her at Pathways. She is much loved and greatly missed.

Blessings for the family and friends and R.I.P., Bette Rea. And, thank you, Kelly, for sharing your Mother with many of us through Social Media, these past few years. Here’s a bereavement poem that we have cherished as it provides great comfort for those of us that grieve for our family and friends that have passed on into their eternal life.

    WHAT IS DYING?

A ship sails and I stand watching until she fades on the horizon and someone at my side says “she is gone”. Gone where? Gone from my sight that is all; she is just as large as when I last saw her. The diminished size and total loss of sight is in me, not in her, and just at the moment when someone at my side says “she is gone”, There are others who are watching her coming and other voices take up a glad shout, “There she comes!”, and that is dying
