Jody, I was sad to read that your mother passed away. We were in church together at FBC for many years and shared many good times together, especially over food. When she moved to Raymore we seemed to lose touch but did think about her quite a lot. You and your family will be in my prayers.

I wanted to let you know that Betty was a friend to all at John Knox. We are missing her. I was able to eat with her many times along with my father-in-law Joe. Joe, Ray, Betty, Wanda and Barb and I ate together and we would laugh and tell stories untill they had to kick us out of the dinning room.
We would laugh at Betty when she would straighten out the staff if her food was not right or even if ours was wrong she would straighten them out also. We all enjoyed her company and friendship. We are missing her and are praying for you as you grieve your loss.

We have been classmates in spirit and heart these many years. We will miss our spirited friend who gave wisdom and joy long after we parted from school days. She will be missed here but welcomed in heaven.

    Goodbye for now classmate

Jody and Jason, You have been constantly in our thoughts and prayers during this sad time. We know your Mother will be greatly missed. May you find comfort and peace knowing that God made mom’s the special people they are. A mother is with us always, first in her lifetime, then forever in your memory.

Jody, so glad to see & meet the family! Your minister was the best! I would have loved to come at your lovely invitation to your home. That may be the factor that holds our class together, we love to eat & talk! Your mom will be missed. My son used to mow her yard when she lived in the apartments off 55th st. below my house where we have lived over 42 years (oh my I really said that). My heartfelt Condolences to you & your family she was so proud of!
