Betty Ann Franklin, 77, Independence, MO passed away February 7, 2009. At Betty’s request, there will be no services. Betty was born December 20, 1931 in Kansas City, MO. Survivors include, husband, Kenneth Franklin, sons, Samuel & Alan Franklin; daughter, Georgia Marker; 9 grandchildren, and many great grandchildren. (arr.
