Mrs. Beverly AnnTaylor Caples
Beverly A. Caples was born December 24, 1950 in California, Missouri to the parents of Norma and LaClede Taylor, Sr.
She attended Southeast High School and excepted Jesus as Lord and Savior. She then married Wendell Caples, Sr. The union produced three children, Wendell, Jr., William and Lashonda. Everyone just called her “Bev” except for her grandchildren who all called her “Granny”.
She worked for years as a data processor supervisor before going to work for Childrens Mercy doing the same job.
Beverly Caples was called home on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at St. Lukes East in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her mother Norma; father LaClede, Sr.; brothers Phillip and LaClede, Jr.; as well as two grandchildren, Jason and Courtney. She leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Wendell, Jr., William and Lashonda. She also leaves behind a host of 13 grandkids and 14 great grandkids, as well as her two brothers, DaWayne and Gerald Taylor; three sisters, Debra Cox, Patricia Beason and Stephanie Taylor; nieces and nephews, aunt’s and uncle’s, cousins, and all the friends and family that love and will greatly miss her.
