Bill Sword

Bill Sword, 61, of Columbia died at his home on Tuesday, May 2, 2017.  A memorial service will be held on Monday, May 8, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Heartland Cremation & Burial Society, 616 Jackson St., Columbia, MO 65203.  The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  Bill is survived by his father, Barney Sword, his children, Jenny (Michael) Flint, Ben (Raena) Sword and Leslie (Cliff) Stark, his siblings, Cindi (Mitch) Woolery, Anne (Eric) Kegley and Chuck (Lisa) Sword as well as seven grandchildren.  He is also survived by the woman to whom he was married to for 26 years, Jean Sword.  Bill is preceded in death by his mother, Billie Sword in March of 2016.  The family suggest memorials to Welcome Home, Inc., 1206 Rangeline, Columbia, MO 65201.
