Bobbie Lou McNail, 81, of Hallsville passed away January 6, 2013. Bobbie was born on November 3, 1931 in Keota, OK to the late Jess and Jennett (Thomas) Scoggins. Bobbie spent most of her life being a homemaker and really valued her family. She is survived by many loving friends and family members.
