Mrs. Bonnie J. Ruhs, 84, Kansas City, Mo died peacefully at her home on Dec. 19, 2017 surrounded by family. She was born Nov. 16, 1933 in Adrian, Mo to Virgil and Betty Ashbaugh. She married Clarence Ruhs in 1950, and they moved to Kansas City, Mo. She leaves behind a sister, Helen Gillis, 4 daughters; Cathy Welchert, Debbie(Steve) DeCaigney, Darla(Billy) Holmes and Cecilia Baumgarden, 13 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by husband Clarence, her parents, her brother Donald, her sister Faye and a grandson Chris. Memorial services will be held at Glenwood Park United Methodist Church, 10000 E. 23rd Street South, Independence, Mo 64052 on Friday, December 22, 2017 at 11:00 AM.
