Brenetta Bates was born August 4,1951 in Chicago, Illinois to the union of Hugh and Willie Mae Williams both of whom proceeded her in death. She had two siblings Raphael Williams of Kansas City, Mo and Patricia Williams of Alexandra, Louisiana. She accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age and never waivered from that dedication. She was a graduate of Wendell Phillips High School and Kennedy King College. Brenetta was a member of New Day Tabernacle Church for over 10 years under the leadership of Pastor Quincy Bradley. She earned her Apostolic and Ministry License under the guidance of Pastor George W. Reese of This Rock Christian Tabernacle. Brenetta dedicated her life to the service of others and founded Daily Bread Ministries , where she used her gift and love of cooking to feed, clothe and even house the homeless of Kansas City. She leaves to carry on her legacy three children: Rosalind Morris of the home, Sherrita Harris and Lazell Williams. She has twelve grandchildren: Megan Williams, Brian Williams, Marcus Williams, Alechia Williams, Brittany Williams, Robyn Williams, Shakea Parks, Michelle Williams, Dominique Williams, Mycah Williams, Alexis Williams and Lazell Williams Jr. She was also blessed with three Great –Grandchildren: Brian Williams Jr. , Raquell Harris and Christian Williams-Denman. Brenetta also leaves to celebrate her home going a host of friends and families all over the world.
