Carol Proctor, 71, Raytown, MO passed away March 1, 2012 at Westridge Gardens in Raytown. Carol was born September 20, 1940 in Topeka, KS. She received her Masters Degree and was a Medical Educator. Carol will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends. Cremation will take place. Services have not been planned at this time.
