Mrs. Kersey was born to Lawrence and Cornelia Woodward in Marshall MO

Mrs. Kersey, Attended School in Marshall MO then attended Northeast State in Kirksville, MO where she met the love of her life Rudolph (Rudy) Kersey.

They were married June 21, 1959.

Mrs. Kersey was employed by Boone Hospital Center until her retirement.

Mrs. Kersey was a longtime member for Broadway Christian Church.

Mrs. Kersey loved watching the Missouri Tigers, singing with the Mothersingers & Spirited singers, playing cards and reading books.

Mrs. Kersey has 3 boys.

Rudolph Lawrence “Larry Kersey” and Jeanette Keeler

William Gregory “Bill Kersey” and wife Liz

Timothy Allen “Tim Kersey” and wife Michelle

Mrs. Kersey has 10 grandkids, 24 great grandkids, and 5 great-great grandkids.

Mrs Kersey was preceded in death by her husband, Her parents, a twin sister, 2 grandsons and 1 great-granddaughter.

Services will be on Monday March 13, 2023 at Broadway Christian Church . Visitation will be at 11am and services at 12 pm.
