Dear mama,
I am simply broken I am unsure how I will ever begin to put pieces back together, I am so proud of how hard you worked thru my life and I am extremely honored to be your daughter. Justin is the most amazing father you could have chosen for me and I know he was the love of your life and together we will be able to get thru these days using eachother as the family u built. U left impressions on this Earth I can’t begin to explain and I simply am glad the pain carried and secrets that hurt u are finally unable to hurt u anymore. I love you and simply am glad you can finally rest and Justin and I will be here taking you with us each step of the way missing you can’t wait for your warm embrace again MyQueen.
Michelle Holdman, Daughter
We will always miss and love you.
Love, your adopted daughters, sons, nieces and nephews.
Chantelle wore many hats in her life. Whatever hat she wore, Physician’s Assistant, Caregiver, Customer Service Rep, Server, she touched and changed lives. Chantelle was down-to-earth and real. She had style, charisma and a natural charm. She embodied love, caring, passion and authenticity. Chan was a force to be reckoned with; her smile was dazzling and her laugh infectious! My wonderful daughter changed the world. Hearts are
lighter, steps are stronger, and minds are
open because she lived.

Chantelle was the light at the end of my tunnel. I will always love her “to the moon and back.”
She was my soulmate, best friend and I will never,
