Charles “Chuck” Harding Oliver, 76, Independence, Missouri passed away January 3, 2021 at his home. Chuck was born November 2nd, 1944 in Mexico, Missouri. He retired, after 30 years, from Belger Cartage.
He was preceded in death by: parents, Sailor & Margaret (Harding) Oliver. Chuck’s survivors include: wife of 50 years, Elaine (Lowry) Oliver; daughter, Charla Oliver, Independence, Missouri; sisters, Norma Cook, Lees Summit, Missouri and Rachel Groeper, St. Louis, Missouri.
