Charles “Chuck” Hopkins

Charles “Chuck” Hopkins, 69, of Blue Springs, Mo passed away recently.

Per Chuck and his family’s wishes, there will be no services.

Chuck was born on November 28, 1953 in Savanna, IL, the son of Jacqueline Welch. He was a 1972 graduate of Clinton High School and went on to attend AIC School of Business.

Chuck was a huge sports fan and enjoyed fishing. He also loved following his grandson Haydon’s sports teams and activities.

Chuck is survived by his children: Nathan of Macomb, IL, Heather (Jared) Rankin of Carthage, IL, grandson Haydon Rankin; sisters Char Long, Sue Cain, Sherri Sullivan all of Clinton, IA. Deb (Dave) Samuelson of Long Beach, CA and Barb (Mike) Hanrahan of Fulton, IL along with numerous nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his Mother, Step Father and two brothers-in-law.
