Charles E. McCracken was born January 16, 1956 in Kansas City, Missouri. He attended the Kansas City Missouri School District. He was previously employed by The Kansas City Club and Dixons Chili Parlor.

Charles departed his mortal life on September 5, 2015. His parents Lula McCracken and Willie Hawkins preceded him in death. He leaves to mourn his passing and cherish his memories two brothers, Willie McCracken (Charlene) and Donnell McCracken; one niece, Latisha McCracken and two nephews Cornelius Banks all of Kansas City, Missouri and Dorien Banks of Salt Lake City, Utah.

Graveside Service and Interment will be held on Friday, September 11, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. in Blue Ridge Lawn Cemetery 2640 Blue Ridge Blvd. Kansas City, Missouri 64129.
