Charles W. Stark, son of Charles Wesley Stark and Marcia L. Morgan Stark, was born Oct. 21, 1948 in Willits California, and died July 4, 2009. Charles grew up in Butler, Missouri. After attending college he enlisted in the army, and served his country in Vietnam. In 1983 he met his wife Roma, and they made their home in Liberty, Missouri.
Charles is survived by his wife Roma, of the home, his sister Marcene Irwin of Butler, Missouri, and brother Gregory Stark of San Diego, California. He is also survived by step-daughter, Jerri Lea, and her two children, Sean and Evelyn. A step-son Greg, his wife, Cindy and their children, Hannah and Fletcher. Also surviving are three nephews, Michael McElwain, and Scott McElwain of Butler, Missouri, and Arin Stark of San Diego, California. He was preceded in death by his mother Marcia L. Stark, and his brother-in law William Irwin.
