Charlotte L. Sandeen, 86, Kansas City, MO passed away April 2, 2010 at Timberlake Care Center in Kansas City. She was born September 7, 1923 in Milwaukee, WI to Vernon and Mildred Sharp. Charlotte will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved her. Cremation. Services have not been planned at this time.
