Christian “Chance” Gray

Christian “Chance” Gray, 21, of Kansas City, MO passed away peacefully on April 26, 2025.  Chance stole our hearts the minute he was born. Chance was born with Down Syndrome; Chance faced many challenges during his short life. Although Chance was non-verbal, he was able to communicate in his own special way and taught everyone he had met valuable life lessons such as Love, patience, kindness and finding the good in every day. Chance always made sure you were greeted with a “HI”! and never let anyone feel left out. Chance loved his very supportive family, care givers, Santa Claus/Christmas, Elmo, The Hulk, dancing, eating pizza/McDonald’s and watching his videos.

We have endless wonderful memories of Chancey Man, and he will be deeply missed.

Chance is survived by his parents, Dawn and Demian Keen. His grandparents, Don and Thelma Willis. His brothers and sisters, Jacob Crutcher, Tyler Crutcher, Spencer Gray, Stephanie Gray and Baylea Cabral.

Chance is proceeded in death by, His father, Christopher Gray.

A celebration of life will be held on May 10th , 2025, from 1-4pm at 1331 S Minter Way, Grain Valley MO 64029. Stop by to remember Chancey Man and enjoy some of his favorites…Pizza and CAKE!!
