Clarence Phipps, 54, Belton, passed away November 19, 2008. A graveside service will be held 2pm December 6th at West Union Cemetery Cleveland, MO. He is survived by his brother J.D. Phipps Jr., Belton, sister Donna Pardoe, Grandview, niece Judy Marie, OK, & nephew J.D. Phipps III, AR.
