Connie Creel, 82, of Lee’s Summit, Missouri passed away July 13, 2016 at Truman Medical Center, from Alzheimer’s.
A memorial service will be held at St. Johns Frances Regis Church in Kansas City, Missouri on July 19, 2016 at 10:00AM. Ms. Creel was born February 22, 1934 in North Attleborough, Massachusetts.
Survivors include two sons; Steven Temple, Timothy Temple and daughter-in-law, Dianna Temple, two granddaughters; Kristinia Ashcraft and Sara Juszczyk, and four great granddaughters.
