Dale Matthew Mascarenas, 57, of Overland Park, KS passed away September 5, 2019 at home. Memorial services will be held at a later date.

Dale was born in Pueblo, CO on October 12, 1961 to Estiven and Viola Mascarenas. He attended Pueblo Central High School and obtained a bachelors degree in mathematics from Colorado State University in fort Collins. Dale was an insurance adjuster for several years. He moved to Kansas City and made a life there until his passing.

Survivors include: parents, Steve and Viola Mascarenas; sister, Paula Dahl; brother-in-law, Todd; nephews Regis and Thaddius; and several cousins, aunts and uncles.

    I just heard the news and I am very sad. Dale and I were pretty good friends when we both worked at AIG. We kept in touch through Facebook in the last few years and i am grateful for that.
    He was an amazing personand so sweet. He will be missed.

    So very sad to hear about Dale’s passing. We were close friends when I lived in KC. Dale was so much fun to laugh with and he was always a gracious host .. great cook too if I recall! Love and peace to Dale and family.
