David Arnold Bell, 56, of Fulton passed away February 14, 2007 at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia, Missouri. David was born on March 31, 1950 to Monroe and Frances (Owen) Bell. David is survived by his loving wife, Melinda Sue Bell and a host of relatives and close friends from whose lives his absence will be greatly felt.
