David Lee Dick

David Lee Dick, aged 69, of Pittsburg, Missouri, passed away suddenly on February 17th, 2024.

Born on October 16th, 1954, in Topeka, Kansas, David was the beloved son of Bill Dick and Carol Grimes. After graduating from high school, he answered the call to serve his country and joined the Navy.

Following his honorable discharge, David embarked on a career in the printing industry. It was during his time at Treasure Chest where he met the love of his life, Lois Dick. They exchanged vows in 1986, and together, they were blessed with two daughters, Melissa Dick-Cox and Brittany Dick.

Upon his retirement in 2011, David cherished his days spent outdoors, relishing moments with his grandchildren and creating memories at the lake surrounded by family and friends.

David is preceded in death by his stepfather John Grimes.

David is survived by his loving wife, Lois Dick; his mother, Carol Grimes; his father Bill Dick (Lena) his daughters, Melissa Dick-Cox (Steve) and Brittany Dick; stepchildren, Scott Hower and Traci Goodman(Scott); grandchildren, Bradley, Hailey, Skyler, Madilynn, Bryce, Conner, Troy, Corbin, Alysin, and Brooklin; and great-grandchild, Asher.

David will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him, and his memory will be cherished forever. GOOD BYE!
