Deborah Faye Kalwei, 62, of Independence, Missouri passed away January 17, 2020 at 10:47PM at Centerpoint Medical Center, from complications from Pneumonia. Memorial services will be held at 1:00PM, Saturday, February 8, 2020 at Faith Baptist Church, 2138 NW Hwy 7, Blue Springs, MO 64014. Ms. Kalwei was born on February 21, 1957 in Independence, Missouri.

Deborah was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, adoring daughter, and cherished friend. Her heart belonged to the Lord. She was a store manager at Subway and at Everyday Convenient Store. Her happiest times were when she was around her kids and grand kids. She spent a lot of time in Florida with them.

She was preceded in death by her mother Mary Danner, father John Danner, and brothers Ronnie and Johnnie Danner.

Survivors include:Ā  brother, Rick Danner; daughters, Melinda Patterson and Brenda Kalwei; sons, Clayton and Michael Kalwei; grandchildren, Devin Corer, Alex Bedell, Dakotah Kalwei, Shyanne Hunter, Peyton Patterson and Clayton Kalwei II; great-grandchildren, Noella.

    Iā€™ll always remember her laugh after she talked. She had cutest little giggle after she talked.
    She was so kind to animals and was the best raccoon mama. Always taking in animals.

    I grew up with Debbie since birth. Our parents were great friends and had bought houses in a new neighborhood side by side. We always thought we were family with Debbie and all 3 or her brothers, Rick, Johnnie, and Ronnie Danner. We walked to school together in Kindergarten and thru 6th grade. We never had classes together, my guess was because we would have cut up too much and have the class in an uproar the whole time. After I graduated and Debbie dropped out of school we grew apart. I didnā€™t hear from her during the time we were having our kids, would have loved to had them know each other. The Danners were my family too and its broken my heart to see each one pass away. Iā€™m confident the Lord will put us together someday soon up yonder, when we all fly away…Love you my sister Debbie Claudia
