Dennis Dean Harris

Dennis Dean Harris, 66, passed away on May 27 at North Kansas City Hospital. A visitation will be held 12:00 – 1:00 PM, Friday, June 4, 2021 at Heartland Cremation & Burial Society, 6113 Blue Ridge Blvd, Raytown, Missouri.  Funeral services will follow at 1:00 PM.  Burial in Floral Hills Cemetery, Kansas City, Missouri. He was the husband of Donna Elaine Harris. They were together for 41 years.

Born in Colorado Springs, Colorado, he was the son of Ellis “Dale” and Evaleen Harris. He graduated from Ruskin High School, and worked for Ford Motor Company for 33 years as an Assembly Plant worker.

His faith in the Lord was number one in his life. He loved watching the Chiefs, doing crossword puzzles, and spending time with his family. He will always be remembered for his sense of humor, considerable knowledge, and willingness to do anything for those he loved.

He is survived by his wife, Donna; four children, Michael, Jamie, Jodi, and Mark; and 8 grandchildren. He was predeceased by his father and mother; brother, Dale Lee; sister, Melinda Meyer; and niece, Christi Harris.
