I’m going to miss you Wayne. Most of all teasing me about my boyfriends. That always made your day to get me going on that. You was a true friend & so kind. Would do anything for anybody. We’ll see you again some day. R.I.P. Wayne. We won’t be the same without your smile & humor.
Our condolences to the family. We will be thinking about and praying for you. Wayne is in a better place eating all the Manda sausage he wants. I will see you some day in a place even better than Louisiana my friend.
Our sympathy to you all, he was a wonderful person.
Years go by before we can look back on life and see Through older eyes and wiser hearts his love and loyalty. And yet it’s these and other special things we’ll hold so dear, For memories of his steadfast love will keep him ever near. David, May you find comfort in lasting memories and hope in brighter tomorrows. With Deepest Sympathy, your Friends Bruce & Dolores.
Linda..My sympathy goes out to you and your family. After I found out Wayne was your brother, it was always fun talking to him when he would come through my check stand….
I just heard the news today. So sorry that I wasn’t able to be there for the service to pay my respects. What a special friend and neighbor for years in Ottumwa. How many people would walk out of their house with a gun and offer to shoot a sick racoon after the police officer missed it seven times asking, “Kin I take care of that for ya, Son?” Or helped me run a groundhog out of my garage? Wayne, you gave me more laughs than any one person deserves. I still wonder to this day how many people you told that you always got a call from the local bar on Friday nights to come get me because I fell off my bar stool again actually believed that story! You will be missed. Love to Judy and the rest of your family – Jan
Rest in peace uncle Wayne. You will be well taken care of in Heaven.
