My thanks to Vanessa for giving me a place to hang out as a teenager, food in my belly while I was there, and laughter most of all. You will be missed and my thoughts are with Valerie and William during this time.

Vanessa and I were not only co-workers, we were friends. She was one of the strongest ladies I have ever met. She amazed me daily on how she would muster up the energy to come to work. My heartfelt condolences go out to William, Valerie and the rest of the family. May God grant you the strength to cope with your tremendous loss during this difficult time.

I can’t remember a time in my life when Vanessa wasn’t in it. Our parents’ game playing was what was their entertainment and social life. With our mothers being close friends since high school, the Davises were more like family than friends. My heart goes out to all of her family. Love, Pam
