Donna as born June 22, 1968 in Kailua, Hawaii, to Michael and Charlotte Fleener. Donna was very selfless, and always put the needs of her family and friends before her own. She was a proud and supportive wife and mother, but her true love was being a grandmother. Becoming a grandmother helped her find her importance and place in life.  Donna loved and cared for her pets as if they were family as well.  She missed and longed for the ocean.  As per her wishes she will be cremated and at a later date her family will grant her final wish and she will be scattered in the ocean.

Donna is survived by her husband Martin L. Dobbs, her sons; Thomas Musick, Levi Dobbs and Kevin Jankowski, her mother Charlotte R. Amorine, her father and step mother Michael and Joan Fleener, a brother Michael Fleener II, sister Maureen Pisani and several grandchildren and many friends.

Thank you for always looking out and protecting us Donna. Thank you for the laughs, the advice, the skateboard races down our street, the good food, the amazing company, treating my son like he was one of your grandbabies, the mama scolds that were necessary from time to time, the rides across town to drop a car off that needed repairs, and the list goes on. So many amazing memories with you. You made a huge impact on our lives. Rest easy neighbor!

    Love,
    Colton, Ellen & Brock
