Dorothy A. Beggs, 93 of Kansas City, KS passed away peacefully in her sleep on September 13, 2014 at Villa of St. Joesph. Memorial Mass will be at 11:00 AM on Friday, September 19, 2014 at Christ The King Church in Kansas City, KS. Dorothy was a member of Christ The King Church for over 50 years and volunteered many years at Providence Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband Cyrus W. Beggs, daughter Sharon M. Beggs Cooley and son Michael W. Beggs. Survivors include her children Beverly A. Sunderland, Robert C. Beggs, Diane L. Krutz, Richard J. Beggs, daughter-in-law Patricia, Carol and Ruth  Beggs and many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
